CONSTITUITION & BYLAWS
Baulkham Hills Football Club is a community based football club governed by a constitution voted upon by members.
Our constitution contains the fundamental principles and structures under which our club operates. As a dynamic and growing club the constitution is a document which has evolved and continues to do so over time to reflect the changes in the structural organisation of our club.
The rules of our organisation are covered in the constitution and by laws. These are documents that contain the basic principles and rules under which our club operates. Our By Laws outline for members their roles, and responsibilities. By Laws manage the day to day governance of our club and its members.
