2026 Girls U10 Future Kookas Pilot Program
Developing the Next Generation of Female Footballers at Baulkham Hills FC
Baulkham Hills FC is excited to introduce the Future Kookas Pilot Program, launching in 2026. This initiative is a dedicated and structured development opportunity for committed female players born in 2016 or currently registered in the 2025 U9G squad.
This pilot program is designed to elevate the training environment, prepare players for higher levels of football, and strengthen the long-term future of our girls' football pathway at BHFC. We are commencing this program in this specific age group and will assess the success and delivery throughout 2026 with the possibility of rolling it across more age groups at teams in the coming future.
Designed and led by experienced technical leadership, this program aims to challenge, nurture and retain talent within our club community.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Be placed in regular teams via our usual grading process
Receive a standing invitation to attend the first weekly training session of the Future Kookas program—free of charge
These extra training sessions aim to include as many players as possible in a structured development environment.
Q: Can players from other clubs apply?
A: At this stage, only 2025-registered BHFC players born in 2016 or registered in U9G in 2025 are eligible.
Q: Will the program be expanded to other age groups?
A: Yes—if the pilot is successful, it may be extended to additional age groups in future seasons.
Q: What happens if my child changes their mind after being selected?
A: Once a player confirms participation via the MOU and kit purchase, their spot is secure, but any withdrawals may impact refunds.
Q: Can my child do both this program and another academy?
A: This program is designed for players committed to BHFC first. Participation in outside academies should not clash with BHFC training and game commitments.
Q: How can I support the program as a parent?
A: Attend sessions, provide encouragement, and help us spread the word about the Future Kookas Program!
Q: Are the boys being provided this program?
At this stage, the program is being piloted with one girls' age group. The goal is to assess its success and, if effective, explore expanding similar structured programs to other age groups, including boys, in the future.
