Keith and Connie Vallis Trust – Now Open

We are thrilled to announce the launch of the Keith and Connie Vallis trust. This trust has been established to honour the legacy of two of our founding members who were tireless in the promotion of junior sport in Baulkham Hills from our very earliest days. As patrons of the trust, Keith and Connie’s vision and commitment to our club will be perpetuated and recognised by all future Kookas.

The trust will be distributed annually and is open to the family’s of any registered junior players. The trust provides fee relief for BHFC uniforms and BHFC registration (in BHFC clinics and competitions-including Funskills).

Terms and Conditions

The Terms and Conditions of the Trust are as follows:

i) The Keith and Connie Vallis Trust has been established with the consent of the Vallis Family.

ii) Applicants must be registered Baulkham Hills Football Club members.

iii) The trust is for fee reimbursement of BHFC junior uniforms, BHFC junior registration fees, and BHFC junior clinic fees only.

iv) The trust value is up to $500 for the year. (Year is defined as 1st January – 31st December)

v) The trust is awarded to one family per year. (Families may be one or more children)

vi) Un-used money is not paid in cash to the successful recipient.

vii) Successful recipients are ineligible to apply for the trust in successive years.

viii) Unsuccessful applicants and recipients are eligible to re- apply in successive years.

ix) Applications may be self nominated or nominations made on behalf of others.

x) Application must be via this form only. Applicants who need assistance with the preparation of an application are welcome to reach out to the president and request assistance. president@bhfc.org.au

xi) BHFC executive will be responsible for selecting the successful candidate. BHFC executive members related to applicants or recipients will be ineligible to participate in the selection panel.

xii) The Trust may be awarded for any reason including but not limited to: encouragement, medical or financial hardship, recognition of achievement or service, etc

xiii) Beneficiaries of this trust can not be the recipient of any other fee relief discount provided by BHFC.

xiv) The successful Keith and Connie Vallis Trust recipient will be notified by the president. Submitted information will remain private.

xv) The successful candidate must supply receipts for all fees to be refunded as part of the Trust.

xvi) The distribution of this trust is solely at the discretion of the BHFC executive.
